If you use linux (Eppi) and exe doesn't work (my WSL Ubuntu could launch the exe but I dunno will it work on solo linux) the only option I understood in the instruction is that you need to install LOVE2D (11.4 is used, game knows it... should at least) and you just launch .love file (2nd download option). If you're smart and have zero stuff to do you can do a proper game export (https://love2d.org/wiki/Game_Distribution)
